We can organise the entire event for you, including the food, staff, table settings, flowers and hireage. We realise each wedding is different so we will create a menu to suit you, your budget, your guests and your venue.

Wellington Zoo offers special Pop-up Wedding packages. A 'Pop-up' is a unique, stylish and hassle-free way to say 'I do'. Let their experienced event planner take care of your every need. Wellington Zoo offers a range of fantastic wedding venues set among stunning scenery.
Surrounded by panoramic water and cityscape views, the Boatshed offers an ideal venue for your wedding reception, ceremony or private function. With no curfew you can dance the night away watching the ever-changing city lights. An additional deck area between the Wellington Rowing Club and Boatshed can be booked for your ceremony or for guests to enjoy their first glass of champagne on arrival. A marquee can also be erected on the deck by Hiremaster or Carlton Party Hire.
The Boatshed offers a perfect location for your wedding photographs with the historic building or the steps leading down to the lagoon as beautiful backgrounds.
The Rowing Club:
The Rowing Club has arguably the most spectacular views in Wellington. The room has a beautiful wooden floor and is painted a light cream to offset the crystal blue waters visible through windows which surround the room on three sides. There is a vintage rowing skiff displayed hanging from the rafters in the ceiling.
There is excellent indoor/outdoor flow to the deck area overlooking the lagoon and the inner harbor. The function room holds up to 100 for a formal sit down meal or 150-180 for a mix and mingle event. Access is via two staircases, one indoor and one outdoor.

Situated on the water facing Evans Bay. The Pier waterfront function venue has some of Wellington's most picturesque sea views.

The Begonia House is located next to the Lady Norwood Rose Garden in the Botanic Garden. It's an indoor venue, and the temperature is kept between 16°C - 20°C. The Begonia House is suitable for weddings and civil unions, formal and corporate functions, and formal dinners.

St Johns in the City Hall:
Conference Centre, central city location, with 6 meeting rooms to hold from 0 to 200 participants. All rooms carpeted, with whiteboards, screens, data projector and a sound system in large hall only.
Old St Pauls Church:
Imagine your wedding ceremony & reception in one of New Zealand's most beautiful historic buildings.
Old St Paul's welcomes everybody to celebrate their special day in this beautiful historic venue. Design a traditional or modern wedding ceremony, a religious or civil service, a same sex wedding, or renew your vows, anything is possible.
New Zealand Academy Of Fine Arts:
Imagine your next corporate or private function held in the wonderful waterfront gallery and even better, surrounded by quality original artworks when coinciding with an exhibition. As a venue for after hours functions the Academy Galleries are ideal. National corporations as well as Wellington businesses frequently hire the space for events that range from fully catered sit-down dinners to early evening cocktail parties. When these events take place during an Academy exhibition the guests are able to appreciate work by some of New Zealand's leading artists.

Nestled on the rise of Mt Victoria in Wellington, Victoria Bowling Club continues to thrive as one of New Zealand's finest lawn bowling clubs. Lawn bowls is truly a game without prejudice and Victoria prides itself on being a club which has competitors of all ages, sexes, sizes and abilities.

Makara Community Hall:
Originally built in 1873 by the Catholic diocese, St Patricks is a non-denominational, community owned church. Situated in the farming and lifestyle area of Makara, St Patricks is twenty minutes drive from the centre of Wellington. The Church is listed with the Historic Places Trust and is lovingly maintained by local volunteers.
